not missed at all. he had an inconsistent year in 21/22 and was then more or less subpar / injured before he left in an acrimonious way (no comments on whose fault it was, just that it happened). wish it had ended differently but he wasn't worth a 250k a week contract tbh. he was never that good for me. in hindsight, factoring in his injuries this year and how easily he's been replaced (improved on), I'm glad he ain't here. he could be another Sterling type of problem to solve, massively overpaid underperforming ex England international.

Expected points table now has Chelsea in 4th with 72 points. Man United are 14th with 40 points. But we are massively underperforming and United are massively overperforming so we sit level at 54 points each on the real table. We should be comfortably in 4th this season based on our performances, 13 points behind 3rd place and 13 points ahead of 5th. Now imagine how good we could be with less injuries? We're actually finally starting to match our xG and xGA numbers in the second half of this season, which is why our form has picked up. We sold Havertz because he was playing awful with 1 / 2 years. Sure his form has picked up at Arsenal but he literally needs 5 or 6 chances to score. He couldn't hit a barn door with us. He has 12 PL goals this season... Jackson has 10 and considering how shit he's been... Not a massive difference
