Barca paid his release clause. The rule is written that clubs must agree UNLESS there's a release clause that's paid. In this case, Barca paid Braitwaite's 18M release clause, rendering Leganes powerless to say no. THEY DID NOT AGREE TO SELL HIM. The rules are fucked up because now Leganes can't sign another plater to replace Braitwaite. Is that easy enough to understand? Note: Leganes's sporting director said he's not upset with Barca but rather the rule and how it's the rule that's screwing Leganes.
