No, Morato is bad as a LB. He is slow, can't cross, can't shoot, 1st touch isn't great, but then again, he is a CB, so I can't really blame him. Instead I blame the board for signing Jurásek for 14M€. We have an alright 17yo LB in the u23 team called Tiago Parente, but he is nowhere near ready for the 1st team
