The Dutch Raul García

Trying this on CM. The Marvin D. false 9 formation is 🔥. He's perfect for that role. Keita and Richter can screw any defense from 2nd line. Grull, Njima and T. Weah who is here on loan add a lot of spice to the attack. https://sofifa.com/squad/1791508

Strange decision by Pellegrini to not target the UECL, great opportunity to win a trophy for Betis wasted

anyone have tips for a realistic career mode with gladbach? players who should leave, transfers-buy profile.... etc
avatar
It is interesting to see that their team has several FIFA 16 promises

Im rlly interested in german football and wanna learn more about it, what r some interesting clubs outside the bundesliga besides schalke and hamburg?
avatar
Such a good run for the club. Not many teams, if any, can achieve such a turnaround in less than ten years. If they continue on their current path, I can see them becoming the 'next' BVB. From financially crippled to a talent hub with real Bundesliga title chances.

Isak Hansen Aaron is a great acquisition from Bremen amazing player in the academy didn't have a chance though in the first team not great physically but has an amazing technical ability i hope he does well for you guys take care of him❤️

Welcome Skelly! Baumann is blessing us before his exit 🥹 Hopefully this solves our midfield problem a bit

Thanks for the reply. I'll surely bring back Gerhardt in winter 25 (I see him as the more realistic of the ones you named) and who do you think could be the next Modeste and Hector? These are the two positions in which I'd like to have quality players, in your opinion would Kasper Dolberg be a good and realistic call?
avatar
You should start with Köln because its a fun challenge not buying players for two transfer periods (Winter 23/24 and Summer 2024) because of our transfer ban. There are not really old players that the fans love that we could afford in any way possible that could be good enough for the team, but if you dont care about finances you could get Bornauw, Gerhardt, Özcan, Skhiri, Ehizibue, Jakobs (Monaco). Those are basically the only former Köln players that the fans care about in some shape or form

Gerhardt makes sense. I have no idea whos going to be the next modeste because we have been lacking capable strikers ever since he left. The player who comes closest to him in our team would be Davie Selke. Next hector will be Finkgräfe 1000%, hes so incredibly talented and is already playing at a very high level. Kasper Dolberg seems way too expensive for us, i would keep it at players below 2.5mil for atleast the first 5 seasons and players rated between 68 and 74

Ole is cooking something, idk what but I like the taste of it

Imagine this team with Dinkci next season and a few more good signings for the midfield and defence. I dare to say I smell Europe...

2 great wins in a row. Can't believe last week I was still worried we might get relegated, but now I'm pretty sure we are staying up

Hey man, I saw that you are very aware and informed on the club, so I'd like to ask you a couple of questions. I state that I am impartial and I love German football, so without wanting to be offensive I tell you that I'd like to start a career either with Köln or Mönchengladbach, knowing they are rivals and I’m also aware of the transfer ban. As you're a great fan, why should I start with Köln? And if I want to bring back some old players loved by fans, who could it be? Thanks for your time

Going for a realistic career mode. How are Fiorentinas finances? Do i have to sell players in order to spend money? If not, what would be a realistic budget? Is Fiorentina know for a good, average or bad youth academy? And what other nations than Italy are their youth players from? Any more advices for a realistic career mode? Thanks!

Great defensive performance. Shut us down completely

FUCK YEEEEES

First time we beat Bayern since 2008, I can't freaking believe it. No Ducksch and Bittencourt today, played 2 youngsters up top and still won. What a game from everyone

For CM, don't use him as a ST.

You will get no real answer cause nobody understands it. Atleast for the last couple years. Before those years the HSV got always a complete breakdown in the second half of the season while in they used to dominate the league in the first half. Some thought that the problem are the headcoaches or the systems not suiting the team. Well, they changed the headcoaches like every half year. There was every type of coach you can imagine: 1. A promising youth coach from the own academy with who and his tactics can sympathize the fans. Also the last (and really successful) coach of the last year in the Bundesliga. (Titz - miss you btw) 2. An old successful veteran from the 1st league, who would never ever manage a 2nd league club (Hecking). 3. A dynamic young coach with a promising future who proved that he can develope young players (Wolf). 4. A successful 2nd league coach who knows the league and which football is needed to be successful there (Thioune). 5. And now a mix of 3. and 4. Also a pretty special coach with an outstanding, complexe system and a polarizing personlity. (Walter) The thing is many said that the problem was, that the tactic changed to frequently due the fast replacement of the coaches and managers. Players can't really get used with one tactic. The bosses and manager, who's a young promising longtime employee of Bayer Leverkusen with a good eye for talents (Boldt), who changed also fast, tried to be patient now and learn from past mistakes (1.). Cause the other coaches were straightforward hired to be successful. With 5. the coach with the most successful system is not replaced and the team created around his strategy. The club has now a clear tactic and philosophy, isn't chaotic anymore, employees are not changed frequently and work together, not against each other and the team has a great chemistry and a high identification with the club. It's just... others get more points than we do. With our points the last 3 years, we would've been promoted the last 10 years before. But either the teams who got relegated are just to good and directly get promoted again (Schalke, Bremen 2021) or get like 1 or 2 points more (last year Heidenheim, Darmstadt while the HSV gets extremely nice points or the opponents in the relegation are just to strong (Stuttgart 2022 - look at them right now; Hertha 2021 with an extreme budget). There are niche points everyone could tell you like: The system is to offensive, the players are overwhelmed by the complexe system, the new players don't have the quality, there have to be a new fresh coach cause they know his system now, results are shit but we have the highest budget in the second league... But we changed all of that years ago with way worse results. This coach made it two times to the 3rd place which is really good but not good enough. But what else can you do if you already changed everything? The only thing I can tell is: Until 2019 this club was a joke and chaotic. It still had it's famous reputation but many avoiding the club because the HSV gave new players the United-treatment. The sunk into the second league was deserved. And now, 4 years later? You can identify with this team because you can see that they love the club, the stadium is higher utilized than ever before and you feel like that there is a non stop developement (this year is a bit like so/so) cause the managers are using their brains and hearts for the club. The only thing missing is this fucking promotion. As you can see, it's a complexe topic. Hope that helps.

Hi everyone, I'm thinking about starting a manager mode with Hamburg, what are some realistic signings I should consider, and which positions does the team need the most, Additionally, is there a specific transfer policy that Hamburg is currently following, or one that they followed when they were in the first tier yeras ago ?.

1) sell Keita. He's on high wages, injured a lot (irl), so he's not really an important player. Since he's decently rated you can get good cash by selling him. 2) Sem Steijn would be a great option too since he can also play a bit deeper in the CM position instead of Keita. 3) I made a shortlist with players who you could buy. These transfers aren't necessarily realistic in real life, but they are realistic in game since these players play outside of the top 5 leagues, or at a lesser team, or don't play at their team. https://sofifa.com/shortlist/257280 You're welcome again

-You should give Woltemade, Njinmah and Deman a lot of playtime. If they do well sell one or two of them after 2 seasons. In the meantime use your youth academy and build up some players by loaning them out so they can replace these youngsters. -If Weiser does well in season one you should sell him at the start of season two. He's not the youngest anymore, and he's proven that he can play for a team with a higher reputation. Cash in on him and sign a new similar player. Now if you play him at RWB you can look at Kilian Fischer from Wolfsburg. Decent alround player like Weiser who'd be good at RWB. Now he's not the highest rated (starts at 71), nor does he have the highest potential (76), but its similar to how Weiser started at Werder Bremen. Develop him and make him an alround beast like Weiser. If you play a RM you should look at Nicolas-Gerrit Kühn from Rapid Wien. He also isn't the highest rated (72) and only has 77 potential, but he's rapid. Definitely not a defensive minded player, though he can be very useful if you play attacking or counter attacking football. ~almost done bro, keep reading -if you play a cam or just want a random fun player, you should Shinta Appelkamp from Fortuna Düsseldorf. He's a good technical player who's been performing very well in Bundesliga 2 in real life, so he deserves a chance at a lower/mid table bundesliga side like Werder. He starts at 72 and has 81 potential. -last suggestion. If you want a future Ducksch replacement you have a couple of options. 1: develop and keep either Woltemade or Njinmah. 2: use Dinkci after he comes back from his loan. 3: buy and develop Benedict Hollerbach from Stuttgart. Enjoy

Would he be realistic for Bremen?
