Its been too long and he is still underperforming, Im also a Ajax fan and I would be pretty biased if I would still rate him as 86. Besides I said I "could definitely accept" so I didnt say I personally think he deserves that but I would accept it. 84/91 would be a fine rating for now, it means you are a great midfielder for a club like Barca and you have the potential to be like top 3 midfielders in the world. However I agree he would have a 87 rating if he was used properly, but unfortunately that isnt the case so whats the point of still rating him that high? I also agree he is the perfect replacement for Busquets, note that I still gave him a potential of 91 which is almost as high as Xavi and Iniesta. I watched more than 80% of his games for both Ajax, the Netherlands and Barca so dont worry about that.

78 is fair but I don’t think his potential should be as high as Maddison’s.
