Family man, great footballer, rarely involved in controversy, uses social media responsibly, stays in his lane/no virtue signalling and wokeness, filthy rich but doesn't flaunt it, keeps his private life mostly private, team player... I don't believe in idolising people. He can't be perfect, but in 15+ years I've never heard a hater raise a valid point about him. United, Madrid and Juventus are 3 of the most supported clubs in the world, with something like 600 million fans combined. And they all love Ronaldo because he played for their club. That's the reason for the Messi hate. And some Brazil fans who take the brazil/Argentina rivalry seriously. There's always bias attached. I've never seen a neutral hate Messi.

If you want to be realistic just look at Bundesliga talent with low buy outs or short contracts. Buy young talents from clubs like PSG, Chelsea and Dallas (Cooperation with Bayern Campus). Try to have a big part of players in the german national team and a french as the main second nationality in the squad. When scouting youth players rely on these nations mostly; Germany, USA, Croatia, Serbia, Turkey and Austria, as these nations are most peresent in our youth system over the years. Try to not keep too many youth players as Bayern only keeps the most promising and rather buys already developed players. You can however send a few youth players out on loan. 4-6 seems like a realistic amount for me.
