Ambition is all it takes to make this decision. If he fails with us, would that really be a huge problem for his career?

Don't know man. I'd like Poch too, I think now we need a manager with European experience and he can bring something in continuity with Motta's style of play. But reasonably he's out of our league and our finances, too expensive and I can't see him choosing Bologna, a virgin in Champions League: we are ambitious and it seems we have a solid project, but outside Italy nobody REALLY knows us. We'll probably choose someone like Sarri, Italiano, maybe Tedesco
