The best 4th defender in the world no joke, he’s always there when we need him and makes very few mistakes.

It's honesly impressive how much he grew up after some awful years. We were scared with him playing as a starter, now I'm honestly scared he wouldn't start, he is doing better than Gatti and that the post-injury Danilo right now. Everyone, including me, wanted him out to at least get a decent 5th option, and he is at starters level. Unbelievable.

Has deserved an upgrade all season, been phenomenal, better than Alex Sandro for sure, and should definitely start more often. 78/79

I don't know if I want Jorginho. He's not getting any younger. Although he can pass from that CDM position, he's a huge liability defensively if we don't have most of the possession. I think we should focus on getting younger, not bring in older players that are on back half of their careers. Samardzic would be ideal to bring in. We have to sell someone in order to have funds to buy him. Udinese might ask for around 20M-25M. We can probably take that down by offering a young player, Nonge, Berrenechea, Kaio, or someone else.

Dybala was outstanding throughout all the season, but he was probably wasn't well trained by José's staff since he was getting injured often. Paredes was trash with José. Ever since DDR came in as the coach, with a new attacking-football playstyle, Dybala is playing even better, dropping down a lot in the midfield, playing similar to what Griezmann is playing in Atletico, and Paredes has massively improved. Now he's a proper regista, dictating the time of the game, playing the right through balls and the right time

Pasalic is one of the most underrated midfielders in the league, though I feel like he's a moody player. I think he'd be a good addition nonetheless, whether that happens is another question.

From what I've been reading, all reports are that he has come to a verbal agreement already. And from all the rumors, most players that are linked to us, come from Bologna. It's only natural that he wants to bring players that know his tactics and can deliver the message on and off the pitch for him and make the transition as smooth as possible

Yeah it's depressing to watch now but we have to stick it out until this ends... Motta will definitely need time and support. Some of our players are saturated with wrong ideas and we should be patient to let Motta do his work and change the mentality of the players. But this is assuming that Motta will truly take over...

A better manager would look at the current players we have and assess which formation would fit the squad he has. But Allegri is so stubborn, closed minded and rigid to his dinosaur tactics, that he was never gonna change. It was like trying to fit a square peg in a round hole. We have the players to play a more offensive 3-4-3 in my opinion. But he's enamored with his 3-5-2 and playing behind the ball and parking the bus. Hopefully Motta will unlock the offensive potential this team has.

Pogba wouldn't have played much tbh. Fagioli would have helped plug the hole of creativity. Honestly we won't be better if tactically we're set up to be deep. Our team is badly constructed but also badly coached. This is another season that we have to write off again. Whatever we're attempting to do now is not working so something has to change.

I mean, Pogba at top level is a player who can win you a league. But I think this year we would have it in the bag either way, given we still have a chance to break the all-time record.

I'm more angry at Allegri saying shit like we won too much in the first part of the season, that our goal is to finish 4th, that being 20 points under Inter shows the reality of us being a shit team, and that being only 2 points above Bologna is acceptable

Since Basel have a percentage on Calafiori's sale, I think we will buy him and another player from Bologna, let's say Ferguson cause he's a type of player we're definitely missing. Let's say Calafiori would go for 35 M and Ferguson for 30 normally, instead we could buy Calafiori for 25 and Ferguson for 35. Yes, it would be 5 M less, but Bologna would have to pay Basel a lesser sum
