Watch him every Ajax game. He’s good and improving, but technically he’s just decent and his main selling point is how he absolutely bullies defenders with his strength. Just had a look at the final xG table for the season in terms of expected points (based on xG for and against in each game). We were a close 2nd to City as expected. Manchester United were 15th. They truly are horrible.

Some of the most exciting days as a fan are during the transfer window when we sign one or two players out of absolutely nowhere. I'm just kinda annoyed it came to a situation like that to score the goal. Odegaard had a chance to shoot but instead did something that could have very easily resulted in no goal. That's if he even meant it. Incredibly risky in a game where we needed to win and we were drawing until the 89th min while City had total control over their game, with the scoreline showing it, not like us by just having loads of possession. I'm glad we got to 89p and I'm hoping Odegaard meant it but yeah.
