It's possible he might've been offered a new contract but didn't want to take it with the intention to get a permanent deal at a club where he can get loads of game time. I think he'll either aim to sign for a championship club or he'll just go with wrexham, probably the former as he's shown a lot of potential and apparently hull is looking at him.
