When all players are fit I would play against poor side Trashi/Lenjani on the left and Hysaj/Balliu/Doka on the right, because Trashi & Lenjani are better offensively. Balliu & Hysaj would be good against big NT because they know how to defend and we obviously would have to defend a lot.
Tbh I would play Mihaj over Dermaku, and as you said Ismajli when's fit.
Abrashi can be subbed with Xhaka(imo our best mild) when's fit. Hasn't Selahi sometime played as a defensive playmaker? I read it once in an article. Ndoj would be great if he can stay fit because of his quality and because he is tall while Abrashi and Bare aren't. Qose can be another option, but also Kallaku who is great to create but would give more work to Bare and his partner even with Kallaku good workrate.
I would rotate Broja with Sadiku for now, and subbing Cikalleshi for Uzuni while Muçi is the 5th striker. Vrioni has to show more for me to deserve a call up
