Should be 85. He is better than Botman, Van de Ven, etc.. and on par or better than De Ligt who are all much higher rated. This man is starting regularly (almost played everything last season) for City and plays pretty much every match for the Dutch NT he's available for, clearly ahead of CBs that are much higher-rated in this game. He can play in any defensive system at the highest level, is extremely consistent, and just does not make wrong decisions.

In practice, the problem is that defenders aren't used to having players coming at them from all sides, which is what happens in midfield. But in theory, he could be a second Daley Blind.
