Like the team, they'd be unreal if they managed to convince some of those players to play for them. Imagine a version of FIFA were in international management you could convince uncapped and eligible players to play for your country, you could do it just like a player transfer negotiation so the function to make it happen exists in the game, maybe enforce a waiting period for a change in nationality like in real life. It'd be amazing and add a different challenge to career mode. Obviously more national teams should be added anyway but this feature would make each career mode unique.
