His weak foot isn't that bad, he has hit long passes with it, but he clearly is left-footed. Overpaid will be seen in a couple of months I think. But he has insane passing range and defensively he's very good. Should be more consistent on the ball, in his dribbles, etc. But, he was never gonna be sold for 4 million, we paid 4,5 million for him. The least would've been 10, but not so late, right before our 2 important games against Athens, and honestly if he had stayed, I think we could've reached 13-15 for him with him he was settling in and growing.

After his medicals and signing for Ajax, he came back to cheer the players and fans on, what a guy, I hope he does insanely well at Ajax.

Why are people saying he flopped? Sure, he hasn't got many G+A this season (hasn't played much either) but people nowadays act like G+A is everything. His crosses are one of the best I've ever seen, he presses like he's got 6 lungs, something Xavi asks for. If he played more regularly he would be one of the best La Liga 2022 signings

The biggest reason why he is receiving this much hate is that this entire Premier League season was introduced as a ‘Haaland vs Nunez’ matchup. After Haaland his historic performances, Nunez obviously pales in comparison. He has had a few weird misses, but also scored impressive goals. This guy is not a fraud. I fail to believe that (yet).

Thats one of factors but i feel like its more to do with the team he's playing for. He's the most expensive signing of the most successful club in the most followed league. That means the expectations are sky high and he’s under a constant microscope from the media, the rival fans and even fans from clubs outside the Prem. All it takes is one bad miss for him to become the talking point in the internet the next day. It also doesn't help his case that liverpool are in poor form so everyone's looking for a scapegoat and he's an easy target due to the price tag. If he was playing for Spurs or City, he wouldn't get anywhere near this much hate. Look at Grealish's performance last season or even this season as an example. Bloke cost 120 million euros and done fuck all. Rides the bench most of the time but since City win all the time regardless of whether he plays, there's no pressure or scrutiny from the media for him to perform.
