He has good tactics. Likes to have the ball and create chances through passing shortly. He absolutely hates long passes, which resulted in passing the ball around the back and being pressed. We conceded many goals because of that. The other coaches figured out that when they apply high pressing against walters tactic, we are likely to loose the ball. That was mainly why he was sacked, also because he seemed to be too stubborn to change the system a bit. But you will get a manager who gives everything for the club and identifies with the town. Oh and also be ready to not see a lot of youth players running around in the team. He mostly plays with the same 11 week in week out without really giving players from the youth teams a chance.
