Disagree to an extent. He does still have a lot of potential, but don't discount how important coaching quality, club infrastructure and regular competition are for player development. It's why players tend to stall when they stay at a smaller club too long. He hasn't been there long and if he moves to a bigger club in a more developed league then he does still have a lot of potential, but it takes a long time to build club infrastructure and develop a league.
