Nice for a career mode. Put Cork City in League One, make a few of the medium-rated players join beforehand, and only buy other former NEC players in your career + youth academy. First season, no-one will join bc you are in League One, but make a promotion to Championship and they will all come a'board.
Additionally, you can create yourself some real youth academy players, like Proper, Van der Sluijs, Van Rooij, El Karouani, Beekman, Odenthal, Sellouf, Baeten, De Wolff, Schuurman, Gertsen, etc.
