=>Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Georgia, Moldova, Russia, Ukraine and Kazachstan
=> also allowed: Czech Rep, Poland, Romania, Hungary and Bulgaria
- choose any team from these countries (when the team is weaker choose the players with less rating, all of them have 80+ potential)
- use youth academy (only from countries from the former Soviet Union)
- win CL
- one of the nationsa should win the world cup
