Leo Rodrigues, found his passion for the game early in life while supporting VVV-Venlo. Although his playing career didn't flourish, Leo discovered his knack for strategy and management.

Starting with VVV-Venlo's youth teams, Leo steadily climbed the ranks until he became assistant manager of the first team. When the head coach was dismissed, Leo stepped up as interim manager and impressed clubs like Almere City.

Almere City took a chance on Leo, and it paid off handsomely as he guided them to promotion to the Eredivisie. Now facing the challenge of top-flight football, Leo must prove himself once again. Can he handle the pressure and keep Almere City competitive? Only time will tell.
