Arsenal are not getting top 4 this season, so let's suppose Wenger leaves and the next manager uses 433.

Alexis would go to a team like Juve (probably), Chelsea or PSG (‎£60.000)

Ozil could go to Bayern maybe (don't see many suitors for him) (‎£50.000)

Ramsey should leave aswell, maybe Liverpool would suit him (‎£28.000)

Krychowiak could be tempted if Arsenal qualify for EL, as he hasn't played at PSG and would definitely be an upgrade on Coquelin. (‎£26.000)

Ricardo Rodriguez should leave Wolfsburg as they are relegation candidates. (‎£20.000)

Benzema would be the trickiest transfer. He has been linked for years and with Auba going to Real he would need to leave. There aren't many top European Clubs that doesn't have WC strikers, so in case Arsenal manage to still qualify for EL and Benz wants regular minutes and being the star of the team, Arsenal would suim him best. (‎£50.000)

For me this would be the ideal summer for Arsenal, leaving the starting and reserves XI like this:
GK Szczesny/Cech
LB Rodriguez/Gibbs
CB Koscielny/Gabriel
CB Mustafi/Chambers
RB Bellerin/Jenkinson
CDM Krychowiak/Coquelin
CM Xhaka/Wilshere (form and fitness decides who plays)
CM Cazorla/Ox
LW Welbeck/Iwobi
RW Perez/Walcott (theo would fight for both RW and LW spot)
ST Benzema/Giroud

I actually did this career so this is how it went:

*I put arsenal in the Euro League instead of the champions league

*Sold Ozil (Atl. Madrid), Sanchez (Bayern), Ramsey (Saints) for a total of ‎£129.000,00

*Bought Benzema and Rodriguez for a total of ‎£60.000,00 plus Monreal to wolfsburg in a swap deal.

*Recalled Wilshere

*Didn't recall Szcsesny cuz cech went to 91

*
Bought Krychowiak in the winter for ‎£24,500.00

HIGHLIGHTS:

Finished 3rd in BPL with 83 points by goal difference (!) to Man United (winners) and Chelsea and 1 point ahead of City.

Won the F.A Cup againts United on penalties

Won the Euro-League against Monaco 2x1.

FIRST XI:

The team had a lot of long term injuries and rotation. In the beginning of the season Perez got injured for 5 months, then cech for 8 week, walcott for 5 weeks, wilshere for 4 weeks, mustafi for 3 weeks, ospina for 2 weeks and a couple of other minor injuries.
After Perez injury I was finding very difficult to score, mostly with benzema who went 6 games without scoring (2 goals in 10 games in that period). Then I switched him to a false 9 by the winter transfer windown and bought Krychowiak.

The team was mostly played this way:
Cech;Rodriguez, Koscielny, Mustafi, Bellerin; Krychowiak (Coquelin before the winter), Xhaka/Wilshere, Santi/Ox; Welbeck, Perez/Walcott, Benzema.

PLAYERS STATS AND HIGHLIGHTS:

The surprise of the season was Danny Welbeck, with 17 goals and 4 assists in 31 PL matches, he was the topscorer and the best Arsenal player in the league, averaging 7.40. He also scored 7 goals in 10 Euro League matches.

Benz was the Euro League player of the competition with 9 goals and 4 assists in 11 games (including a brace in the final), averaging 7.50. He also had 15 goals and 4 assists in 30 matches in the league, averaging 7.30.

Xhaka was our best midfielder with 6 goals and 2 assists in 34 games in the league, averaging 7.00

Ricardo Rodriguez was our best defender with 1 goal and 5 assists in 29 PL games, averaging 7.00.

Cech was our starting keeper without doubt, playing 32 matches and keeping 32 clean sheets, averaging 6.60.

The Ox was our main assistant in the PL with 7 assists, as well as 3 goals in 32 matches.

Koscielny was part of the BPL team of the season, averaging 6.90 in 33 PL matches, with 1 goal, 5 assists (!) and 14 clean sheets.
