notes:
1. do not sign a lot of players, maybe do not sign players in the first season at all => you need to save money
2. barca is currently 1.56 billion € in debt, that should influence your transfer policy and contract negotiations
3. to determine your progress on removing the debt you can either use the profit you make at the end of the season or the transfer budget. Obviously it is harder to get the transfer budget of 1.56 billion, so if you want a bigger challenge you need to choose transfer budget. If you do so, you could either add up the remaining transfer budget at the end of each season or you try to get 1.56 billion € as the remaining transfer budget in one single season (must not be the first one)
4. just like in reality, you are forced to increasingly rely on your young players and youth academy (the La Masia)
=> that's why i did not include any backups and also replaced Alba with Alex Balde
5. you may sign backups to this starting XI or an LB and an ST
=> my LB options: Cucurrella or Alex Centelles

=> redundant, no place for him in midfield and shuld not block dest

=> controversy with barca fans
=> wants to leave

=> was dissapointing
=> you need make place for garcia and araujo
=> he is still worth a lot
BUSQUETS (CDM)
=> getting older
=> doesn't fit the formation
=> needs to open up midfield for younger players
PJANIC (CM)
=> bad transfer from the start, better to sell him to get at least some money
DEMBELE (RW)
=> contract expires 2022, doesn't accept a paycut, therefore will unfortunately not sign a new deal
=> lacking discipline, too much conflict

=> not enough potential to loan out
=> way to high salary
