I came into this club in the summer and realized that their current system wasn't working with what I wanted to bring in and the playstyle I wanted to have them play. So with that I decided to try around a couple of formations. I first tried out a 4-5-1 for 2 games and that didn't bring the best out of the current squad, so I then tried a 4-3-2-1 which didn't work out either with that I decided to bring in 3 instant starters and 2 back ups after seeing the 3-1-4-2 working out.

I decided to set up a scouting network in scandinavia because it was relatively close and filled with young talent who could help us make a rise to the top similar to the one of Leipzig. After a couple of weeks my scouts came back with a couple of options.
CBs: Jenssen and Hjalmar Ekdal
RB: Carstensen
LB: Kitolano
CDMs: Krygård and Vagic
CM: Finndell and Kitolano
CAM: Odin Holm, Adi Nalic and Nanasi
Wingers: Ceide, Sahraoui
ST: Holm

I decided to go with Jensenn, Holm, Carstenen and Sahraoui. These singings really made the team feel complete. We could now focus on how I wanted the team to play.
3-1-2-1-2-1 in the attacking phase.
With quick play and direct passes at 67 width.

Defense:
I decided to go with a high defensive line knowing that we have a great sweeper in Bonmann behind the back 3. at 46 Width it's very compact. However whenever the opposition takes a poor touch or makes a poor pass we are instantly on them pressing.
IN the defensive phase I want the team to look like 5-3-1-1 and when we are pressing I want us to instantly have 3-4 people pressing the guy who took a poor touch.

We are currently in the January transfer window. After an initial bad start where we sat low in the table we managed to get ourselves together and we are currently sitting 4th with 34 pings 21 games played.

3rd: Schwarz 8 goals and 4 assists in 22 games

Biggest surprise for me has to be Pourie I had no idea he would be this amazing for me.

Most dissappointing player for me has to be Lungwitz, he is a major weakness lacking big time offensively and often getting caught out on the defense.

As I made a lot of signings this summer I've decided to not make any signings next year unless any major departures happen which I don't expect. I can see a team like Dortmund, Bayern Munich or An italian side snapping up Schwarz but apart from that I don't expect any other departues.

As I currently have scouts in Scandinavia and Germany I am considering putting one in Schweiz aswell but I am currently unsure.

TO specify this is a semi realistic team where I want to test out things and get this team big push but not force players to stay.
